Include a minimum of 2 legislative sources. One of these will be the Louisiana State Legislative Website. Other examples are as follows:
Congress.gov is the official web site of the federal government for legislative information. It is run by the Library of Congress, is free and open to the public, and allows you to search public laws and bills. This site also allows access to the Congressional Record, which is the daily digest of discussions on the floors of the U.S. House and Senate. Committee reports and links to other legislative sources are also available.
Lexis Nexis is a similar source only available through subscription. NOTE: You have access to this source through the LC Library. This source is a little more technical and complicated to use.
